Sure. Thanks for asking.
-little things set me off. Kids not listening, even joking around trying to upset me. My husband saying something aggrevating. After 5 min. Im calm and say sorry for getting so upset. Talking a lot about my problems, forgetting points bc im saying so much. Not being patient. Interrupting others if I want to get my say in. Mostly this is how I act when going through stress. Also, bad sleep habits. Sleep in morning, nap in afternoon or eve. And late to bed bc of day nap. I tried taking my meds at night now for this. But same results so far. I dont know off hand what else... anxious thoughts, a lot of sadness. Within the same day I go through having no energy, to energy. Where I clean and am productive. Then I get tired soon after. Is this normal stress related issues? I have 3 kids. Ages 1, 3, and 10. Husband was not a big help, just moved out 2 days ago. But thiese behaviors have been going on for years.
