I want to lose some weight. I wont mention numbers at all, as I know it can trigger, but it's not a huge amount of weight that I want to lose. I am very slightly over the recommended limit for my height and just want to get into that 'healthy' bracket.
The thing is, I am in Recovery from various ED's (in my life I have had Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating and a mix of all of them) and I am not sure if losing weight is ALWAYS a no-no when it comes to having had a history of EDs.
I don't plan on restricting or purging, just leaving out unhealthy things (like chocolate etc) from my diet. Surely that is healthy, right? I mean, that would not be considered a ED behaviour, it would just be healthy.
