Good on tell your Doc... and no matter whether you tell something or are labelled or not, you are still you suffering the same things (words and labels don't change that in and of themselves.)
From my observation anger is at the root of many mental illnesses, though not necessarily the cause of it. Anger management is a wonderful skill. Ask your Doc or search online for tips to begin to understand and rid yourself of the anger.
