Ta-da! It is a list of disorders. You can take a look at various ones and see if you think any fit you... but I would be more likely to trust a psychiatrist and therapist if you've seen them fairly recently. The only way to know is to go to see one and tell them everything.

Sometimes people who get diagnosed with bipolar go through the joys of ignoring bipolar and seeking treatment for depression. When you're depressed it's reallllly easy to deny/ignore any of the up times, and if it never gets talked about then no one could ever be diagnosed - and chances are people don't go to the psychiatrist for the first time while they're in a (hypo)manic episode.
