I'm not sure where you are, but here in the United States the only person who can tell you what to do is a judge. No one can force you into treatment unless a judge has authorized it, this is the case for practically everywhere in the world. Has a judge mandated treatment? If not, you don't have to put up with harmful drugs being forced on you by a doctor who won't listen.

You're giving them control over you. Threats of sectioning are merely threats, your not sectioned until your sectioned. If you're sectioned, you'll have the opportunity to explain to the judge that you want treatment, but this doctor is sexually harassing you. You tell him you've asked for another doctor and for less tranquilizing drugs, but he refuses because you think he is trying to take advantage of you sexually.

Go tell this doctor where he can stick his bottle of olanzapine. I seriously can't tolerate doctors like this, they deserve to loose their license for this type of patient care. I had a doctor like this once, the arrogant bastard almost killed me when I was involuntarily committed by forcing me onto a medication I was allergic too. I told them I was having an allergic response. So instead of listening to me he increases the dosage. I took it, and shortly thereafter they had to call for a crash cart because I was suffocating on the floor unable to breathe. Not only does not listening create dangerous situations like this, it's also incredibly disrespectful. There is no excuse for bedside manor such as this.
