with the left hemisphere subserving language
and the right hemisphere subserving emotion

but...

the stereotype is that women are more verbal AND more emotional but that would mean they would need to be using both sides of their brain

but they don't determine things

the majority of genes that any one person has are not expressed in the phenotype.
so what is it that tells the genes to 'turn on' and make protein?
environmental factors, that is what.
