hey, the first thing is you need to calm down which sometimes requires medications. but before that try to see if you can calm down on your own. find something relaxing to do. take a break and go on a holiday. if still you are nervous after all these then go and see a therapist who may help you to relax using techniques like speech therapy and /or CBT. if that also doesn't work then its going to be pills. but one step at a time.
i can understand how you feel when you say you have a good heart and bad things happening to a good person. unfortunately the reality is the goodness in us makes us so soft that we get messed up when things go horribly wrong.
