nbritton: Currently the only medication i have available are antidepressants, which well, im thinking those aren't going to help much. lol. I have taken melatonin and even benedryl, but none of that seems to be of help except the benedryl helped with an allergic reaction i was having. lol. I will definitely try some of the supplements you mentioned. I have recently had to stop seeing the psychologist i'd been seeing because i have had to move and then my insurance changed so i have to find one close to me that will also take my insurance.
