You're in a bad spot honey. I would recommend going to a same-day acute care clinic. Simply go in and tell them you're manic and that you need them to prescribe an anti-manic medication. Any of the following should be very helpful[1]:
- Haloperidol
- Risperidone
- Olanzapine
- Lithium
- Quetiapine
- Aripiprazole

Also have them prescribe a sleep medication, I would recommend a benzodiazepine class drug, temazepam is generally a good choice. Also have them find you a psychiatrist that you can follow up with.
