Antipsychotics like seroquel and xyprexa do this to me, as do hormones and mild depression. I do not buy much junk food at all in an effort to keep myself as healthy as possible. When I am hormonal and know a binge is coming I try to make something nice and healthy - for example cauliflower pizza. The base is cauliflower and all the toppings vegetable. I feel like I am pigging out when really all I am having is a boatload of vegies (and a bit of cheese). Sugar cravings on AP's are harder to deal with, I have been known to eat straight sugar with a spoon when I have been drugged up to the eyeballs. Just limiting what you have access to is a great technique. And being around people so you dont do anything grossly disgusting like that hahaha.
