That is so obvious and brilliant. It is the truth and I'm not holding crap in and becoming resentful.

I don't see what is cold an aloof about this type of talking, I mean, after all, it is a professional business environment with a common goal to succeed and not to jammer on endlessly about personal affairs. I like your style.
