I too think that this young lady should avoid being sectioned. But if she was sectioned would it be the end of the world. I don't know. I read her posts and from my perspective it seems like she's wasting her life. Kureha is a member since 2008, that's 6 - 7 years and she reads like someone who is just post her first psychotic break. unless she takes a therapeutic dose of something she can tolerate , and toleration takes time and effort , this it looks like , will continue.

And on your comment on iq , I know there is a narrative that psychosis and madness can result from genius. But if you look at what happens its something different. Poor iq and poor cognitive functioning and decline is what we see in sz expression in the vast majority of cases and not genius. And not only is this at the active expression stage . It is a precursor and predictor for people at risk.
