I bought a sleep number bed before I left my H & moved to KY (7 years ago)....brought that with me...one of the few things I brought......for about the first year, I was too lazy to put it together & was sleeping in the spare bedrooms on folding lawn chairs & air mattresses on the floor until my dogs punctured all of them....finally decided to haul all the parts upstairs & put it together.

It's really wonderful however the air continually goes out of the side I sleep on....I also purchases a foam topper somewhere that I have layed out on top of the mattress. I really like the feel of the foam as when I was first married we bought the most expensive foam mattress that was available from one of the top mattress companies.....so I really love the feel & warmth of the foam.....but I still have to inflate the sleep number bed once a week at least even with the foam topper.

I don't sleep a lot & a lot of nights just doze at the computer all night....but my eskies love it when I go to bed.....they curl up right next to me & snuggle....they LOVE it when I really do go to bed....think they love my bed more than I do.
