Hello gang! I'm back and I am feeling a little better. still down, but better.
I went to therapy today and got nowhere, but for some reason still helps to go there. Mostly because it gives me the time to focus on personal needs and leave everything aside for one hour.
Anyway, I wanted to say thank you to those that took the time to stay in touch. It means a lot.
