You and I have SO much in common. I was diagnosed with PCOS too not all that long ago, but after more testing we have come to the conclusion that my symptoms are a result of being on antipsychotics for so long, and I am borderline PCOS. My diet is already quite similar to a PCOS diet so I have not had to change my lifestyle. I would like to do a little more exercise but that will come once I have less on my plate.

I am also on a very low dose of zoloft in addition to my mood stabiliser, and it works for me. I have I found a higher dose any more effective than the low dose. So I've kept it on the low dose.

I have just had the mirena put in to help with my PMDD and PCOS symptoms, so far it is pretty uncomfortable but I havent experienced depression yet - and its the time of the month that I should be depressed so I am hopeful.

feel free to PM me any time you want to talk.
