Couple things to be aware of...
There is a lot of evidence that too much can be counterproductive. Vitamin d is recommended but you can od on it too.
It is best to get these things from food. I did a lot of research on this a couple years ago. Supplements in the form of a pill are absorbed differently then in a food. That's because food is more than a singled out supplement and they can work together. Mother Nature knows better.
There are contraindications with ssri's and things that effect GABA, serotonin, etc. Remember the ssri is increasing those levels so adding to it may be detrimental.
It is a good idea to have your regular dr check your levels. It might not be thorough but better than completely guessing.
