


I can understand how you feel.
I hate myself and tell myself this daily. I dont know why i think like this but i just do. I try to be positive and it just doesnt stick.
I have and still am trying to work this out through therapy.
Old habits die hard I guess.
I also obsess constantly about things that I have said or done. doesnt matter how long ago or how trivial it may be. I think about it constantly.
