(there is one unhealthy coping skills i have that when its really really bad...I give myself permission to use and try not to feel bad about myself when I do it.... but I try to do everything else first)

Thanks Ready....I've tried breathing, mediation, distraction and every single DBT skill I've learned from a group I did a couple years back. I told T just while I'm actually doing the stuff it provides a very small amount of relief but as soon as I get done doing it, I'm right back where I started.
