(there is one unhealthy coping skills i have that when its really really bad...I give myself permission to use and try not to feel bad about myself when I do it.... but I try to do everything else first)

I did a mindfulness course last year when we did some guided meditations. I loved it but can't find the time now to get back into it which is a bit ironic! But while I was doing the course they were really beneficial.
