Hello all,

Lately I've been noticing that I can become easily overwhelmed. Since starting on this journey of addressing my issues, I've scaled back on activities and started delegating tasks to family members so I'm not the one doing everything for home and family. Although it's been nice rearranging my life so that I'm not so overworked, I'm starting to get a bit bored. So, I decided to start taking on a few low key projects. Almost immediately I felt a surge of anxiety. All it took was thinking about starting a project and my mind was spinning and my anxiety humming. Before starting medications, I was like a whirling dervish, hurricane yellowfrog. Although I was exhausted mentally and physically, I loved the challenge. Strattera helps stop the hyperactivity and quells the 10,000 plus thoughts that would normally race through my brain. It is allowing me to take one task at a time through to completion. Problem is though, without the hyperactivity driving me forward, I feel boredom and then freaked out about starting a project.
Could ADHD meds cause this kind of change?
