Its so frustrating.
I can't read anymore. My attention was bad before but since my internet addiction has taken hold, its even worse.
I cant complete any tasks....
Psych says this is due to BiPolar2 and a dysphoric state.
Family Doctor still says ADD and BPD...
And I think.. HELL, maybe im just freaking depressed!!!?
Anyhow so I came across an article at link.springer and pub.med and basically it says :
"ADHD in childhood has been reported to be highly associated with the diagnosis of BPD in adulthood [...] respectively, in BPD and adult ADHD as well as neuroimaging and psychopharmacological studies showed some evidence for a potential common neurobiological dysfunction suggesting the hypothesis that ADHD and BPD may not be two distinct disorders, but represent at least in a subgroup of patients two dimensions of one disorder."
BPD symptoms have an interpersonal explanation. Bipolar I & II tends to occur spontaneously but can be triggered by intra and interpersonal stress.

I read a few papers on ADHD and BPD. The connection makes sense. It makes me wonder if BPD is actually really a description of a coping style.

Some professionals believe BPD is on the bipolar spectrum.
