I understand that but I dont get it... I ate a medium meal of carbs the other day and tested it almost two hours after eating and it was 105... then I ate a bit of ice cream to test it out again and after an hour and some minutes it was at 91. 124 I was under stress of worrying about diabetes and i drank 2 high carb drinks before eating pizza... the other reading after eating was 115 after an hour and some minutes again a little pizza like half a slice and small bowl of pasta which was really liittle. I've done my fasting glucose test at labs and pharmacies 3 times and they all come up to 96-97. But I have PCOS and lately it started acting up which never used to bother me before... my doctors don't believe I should be on anything but birth control pills but I think differently cuz from what I understand it could affect insulin.
