Yeah, I've had that bugging paranoia too. When I was a kid I thought my 3rd grade class had installed cameras in the bathroom at my house so they call watch me go to the bathroom and make fun of me. It was horrible.

I also get that unreal feeling. It's call disassociation or depersonalization. It comes with anxiety as well as other things. A lot of people have that. It's eerie, I know.
