Lately I've been thinking about hive minds and how that might play into my disorder. I think that if multiple minds can coexist in one body (as in DID) then it could be possible for one mind to inhabit multiple bodies. Thus simultaneous sensory, emotional, and cognitive data from multiple sources could be mixed and result in a psychotic person. This would account for both positive symptoms and negative symptoms (if you're more present in another body, the primary body could appear emotionless, distant, inactive, etc. The lights are on but no one's home.)

This could be related to multidimensional theory... The other bodies could exist in other dimensions. (I'm not even convinced that all the bodies have to be human.)

The fact that I have been seeing and hearing a doppelganger of myself recently reinforces this theory.
