An ex girlfriend of mine used to refer to herself as 'mommy' during sex which the first time made me take a staggered step backwards and I almost fell over a coffee table, but I soon overcame that in my mind. It never did anything for me, but she used to like to play that role sometimes so I just went along with it. I didn't see the harm as long as it was just a fantasy/role play.
