I've started back my exercise but its like I'm afraid to eat and I'm counting everything carbs, proteins etc. I am normal weight I don't understand what I need to do to prevent diabetes. Also what do yall think about this.... well my boyfriend has been overweight for a long time.. he is supposed to be at 160-170 for his height but he is usually at 250-275 he is active playing football (soccer) in evenings for about 2 hours. He went to do a fasting test for his job but he drank some tea about 3-4 hours earlier with alot of condensed milk... they checked his sugar and found that it was high. Wasn't it supposed to go down by that time 3-4 hours?
