I have not orgasmed but yes i've had intense arousal during psychosis. I'm male. Arousal was completely independent of sexual thought. The docs generally see this as a tactile and/or somatic hallucination. This can happen independent of psychosis as well , look up persistent genital arousal syndrome/disorder. I've looked at this and what is suggested is either antidepressants , anti convulsives or antipsychotics. If your female , it is more common.
