Great. Also, as I have figured out by trial and error, cheaper stores vary a whole lot by location. Say, not all Ross stores are the same - they get shipments from local department stores, so a Ross store in a more expensive neighborhood would have a better selection (not more expensive, though).
Thrift stories near high income areas have good selection, too, thanks to those women who only wear a new outfit for one season. Finally, Target has decent clothes at very reasonable prices, and they have a 90 day return policy so you can take something home to try and decide later. Ross has a 30 day policy and in my area Ross is very crowded with long lines while Target is not.
