I am in DBT. I have been trained on a few skills that do work..... Distraction, breathing, imagining yourself in a safe place, etc.

Yet - sometimes I just don't care about that stuff. Sometimes I CHOOSE to cut.

Tuesday was several hundred cuts, today another 700+

Anyone else like this?? Where you know something that works but just stubbornly continue to SH
