I have found that meditation helps me when I am depressed. I am one of those people that likes to deal with things head on. So when I am feeling depressed, I try to figure out why. I do a lot of thinking. I also like to write things down if I have the time to do so. But if I have to relive the depression to get in a better mood, I like to play games on the internet, or even on PC.
