ITA with the last post check with pdoc. I stop taking lith end of last May. My life become a nightmare with into two weeks. I was hospitalized. Without lith I began to have mixed episodes which is mania and depression. I would flip flop back and forth between the two. I had to go back on lith but did not do so until July. It took my body until Oct to really get leveled out and have a bit of better control.
