Nobody should be calling you names based on the fact that you ended a relationship. It is your choice who you want to be with. If you did it to help her out then she treats you like that, then she really doesn't understand you, your way of thinking or your heart. Even if the self injury wasn't bad or whatever, it can progress into more severe forms. It will get to be where you need to do it more often and you won't be getting the same relief so you will turn to more extreme measures. Find the root of each problem once you are back to a state of calmness again instead of that frantic state where you feel like doing si. But in order to get to that state, maybe your treadmill or other exercises will work.
