Could be related. Could be "orthostatic hypotension" (which means that your blood pressure drops when you stand and takes a moment to 'catch up'---you can find out if this is the case by taking your blood pressure first lying down, then sitting, then standing---a greater than 10 drop in pressure is a positive--)-the causes can be many, some transient, some not. Usually not something that will be a problem, but you should sit for a bit before standing, stand up more slowly, and stand a bit before moving.
