There is a lot of information available regarding the use of Omega-3 Fish Oils for Depression. There are numerous books written on the subject. I myself am on Fish Oils and can report that they are highly effective against episodes of Depression. I take 8-GM of Omega-3 Fish Oils per day, along with vitamin C, D and E. Try reading Dr. Andrew Weil, MD's book entitled "Spontaneous Happiness" which addresses the use of Omega-3 Fish Oils for Depression.
