I have to respond to a discussion post and write a 2-3 page paper for school today. Plus we're supposed to have company. Busy day for me.
I've never had a doctor call me "hon," "sweetie," or anything of the sort. Nurses, however, have called me every "sweet" name in the book. I'm in North Carolina and it comes with the territory sometimes. I've called friends, clients, and some employees and coworkers, "dear," "sweetie," and "darlin'." I didn't/don't use them often. T has called me "hon," "darlin'", and "dear" before. Also not often. I heard her call another client "ladybug."
