Mast... I would be freaking out too... and that is why I think you are so brave.. I think the person will ask lots of health (related to your injuries/muscle) issues first... so that should help "break the ice"...
For me since I am an extremly uptight person when it comes to anyone touching me... I've been sure to explain that I want to know what they are going to do before they do it... its helpful for me maybe if you ask for that it would be helpful to you too... or maybe the person just instinctively does that... I'll be thinking about you and would love to hear about it if you are up to sharing afterwards.
