Healed...there is also another mindfulness exercise similar to the one RTS mentioned.

You envision a conveyor belt ( like in an airport) and you take what's bothering you and put it on the conveyor belt. Each time it circles around push it out if the way. Then later when you have more time you can take it off the conveyor belt and unpack it.
