You're probably right, I don't even know anymore lol. It was a while ago now.
Funny thing is now that i'm waking up with my higher pulses, i'm not at all concerned that i'm hypomanic because I feel "stable" in my "awake life". Lol.

I'm sorry you have to deal with them too. It IS a horrible thing jumping up in the middle of the night like that. The other night I did so with a pulse of 134.
I've concluded that this is the most likely cause (nocturnal panic attacks). I think the relaxing ritual will def. help because I kind of started doing a similar thing already and its helped me really get good sleep.
I've decided just to document the nights I wake up with pulses over 120 (asked a coworker/nurse for a solid number) and if it begins to become too often i'll ask my doctor about it. For now, its random so i'm ok; just sucks because i have no idea what causes them lol.
