Hi, sounds like things are really difficult for you right now, and I can imagine it's really tough if you're not talking to people about it as much.
Would it be an option to talk to your parents or a family member about how you're feeling? You wouldn't even need to tell them everything if you could just tell them enough to let them help or support you. Depression can sometimes override the reality out there creating it's own false reality and pulling you in.
But if you could just open up about how you're feeling and begin to really challenge those thoughts?? And sometimes it takes someone by your side to do that whether it's going to be a family member, a friend or a professional.
In terms of last night it's sounding a little like a panic/anxiety attack?? And just the panic/anxiety itself can make it so much worse. Have you tried any of the things e.g. deep breathing that can help with these if they've happened before??
And it can help making yourself think more positive thoughts when you're actually not feeling as bad aw well though, which for some people can help a little if they can hold onto those thoughts when they feel themselves sinking.
Anyway, here for you if you want to talk more.
