Document it and periodically update your boss. If you feel unsafe going there tell your boss and ask them to send somebody else. You might get push back on that. That's why you need to document. That is your indisputable fact journal in case you need it.

You can't do much about her safety unless there is something you are legally required to report or your company decides to report. You can only take care of yourself.
