I don't see how my therapist making fun of me/my issues would help her or me. I use logic to override my feelings but also give myself the benefit of the doubt in that I assume my T is trying to help me so if I feel she is not, I still give her credit for trying and look to see what I can do on my end to help her help me. If, for the sake of argument, she seems to me to be making fun of me/my issues, I ask about it (reality check) or look to see if I can figure out why she may be doing that?
