plus chocolate sometimes, so usually I end up drinking enough calories that it adds up to about 2000. Rarely do I eat an actual meal, and if I do, I just pick at it.
can I live like this? how unhealthy do you think it is? It's been like this for about a year, but years before that I didn't feel like eating much either. I have no appetite whatsoever and have to force down nutrition drinks just so I can maintain my weight.
Hope this is an okay category to put this in. Relates to depression, so. And I hope it doesn't trigger anyone with an eating disorder. (I don't have an eating disorder.)
