Maybe you'd feel better if you just added some fresh fruits, veggies, lean meats, and healthy fats like avocado, coconut oil, and nuts to your diet. It sounds like you have a vitamin deficiency since you're consuming mostly liquids.
Also, drink lots of water, and try to avoid white foods, processed foods, and eat whole grains. You need vitamin D, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, and a good multivitamin in addition to eating the right foods. Try to get more exercise and go outside more if you can since sunlight is the main source of getting vitamin D which helps with your mood.
Also, try to stay away from alcohol, and get at least 8 hours of sleep a night. If you do this, and it doesn't help, then get on meds, or if you're on meds, get on different ones maybe? Good luck.
