I'm so sorry it's been so tough on you lately. Does the hospital you stayed at have partial day programs? I think it would be a great idea if you attended one. Obviously you aren't much better than when you went in. If for nothing else, do it to protect yourself. My heart goes out to you. I've been in the same place you're in.
