Hello and Welcome, Orangered. On the one hand it is easy to find
self-esteem and
self-acceptance resources. On the other, my personal experience has been counterintuitive: the
less I focus on self-acceptance, the fewer mental-emotional resources I devote to it the better I do.
From your other posts I see significant biographical obstacles to developing healthy self-acceptance. Have you worked on that in therapy or on your own?

mastered the "fetch" command. He would communicate he wanted something, and I would fetch it.
