I've never had anything directly for OCD, but I was on Citalipram, some years ago, which apparently helps with OCD, too, ... did sod all for me, however. Honestly, I don't think there's really any medication that will really work for OCD. Lowering anxiety and/or improving mood helps, in some/all cases, but as for the rest, ... seems like CBT is the go-to treatment. I just can't imagine a pill doing anything for OCD, ... how can a pill change the core beliefs that got us in this predicament in the first place? My brain does not understand that one. I get that taking medication to improve mood (SSRIs) and anti-anxiety medication would help OCD by proxy.
