So what does my T mean? Comfort from God?

It's having faith and knowing that God is carrying you through the rough times. It's knowing that "this too, shall pass." But we can't lay around waiting for it to happen. We have to work at it ourselves, as well.

What I do during those times, is try to fill my mind with beauty; beauty in the sunset or sunrise, in the perfection of a flower or a leaf, listen to beautiful music, even look at beautiful clothes with the eye of an artist or creator, etc. God works through all of these things.

Of course, praise and worship music is my mainstay, even if sometimes I don't quite relate to a particular hymn.
