Yes, if she has such fantasies (I don't), but in that case I think the man needs to wait for the abused woman to speak up and voice her desire to enact such fantasies - in other words, the woman who has a leading role in it is probably fine and possibly even benefits if there is some processing work done via the reenactment. To be asked for participation (in the role of a follower and not on her own initiative) can be... disgusting, I would say. So I would tread lightly with victims of CSA and there are many victims, so it is not a fringe concern.
But a good catch in re: discrimination potential.
