I get where I can't eat but have been able to invent "safe" foods - I can do ok as long as there isn't chewing...maybe try some soup or even make a smoothie? I think BOOST is ok...better than nothing, but maybe trying a couple other things will help stimulate your appetite?
I go for lattes in the morning because the milk has protein, I can rarey convince myself to eat before noon...I don't get sugar or flavor added.
