I don't have much to say, but I wanted you to know I absolutely HATE change too, and yes even the good kind.

Its scary, unsettling, overwhelming and downright destablizing at times. I don't like it 1 bit, but when its good for me I try to reassure myself and remind myself its for the best. Idk if its an option for you, but I also pray for a smooth transition, and if nothing else, it comforts me to do so.
